Hey there, gang, just wanted to give you all some heads-up that I've added a new rule to the club.

This rule--namely art submission rule #7--states that you cannot submit more than two deviations at a time. I know it sounds a little unfair, but to be honest it's tough on me when I have a whole ton of deviations to add to the club at once.

Gather round, Large-Pairs-of-Scrubs, gather round! I've got an announcement.

The club has long suffered the problem of having the art favorited here, rather than at the original pages, which deprives you, the artists, of the recognition you deserve. I've been thinking long and hard on this subject, and I'm afraid there's only one sollution.

I think, whenever a picture is submitted to the club, I will put the words "do not add to favorites" or something along those lines somewhere on the image, and hopefully it will remind people to go to the original image to favorite it. With stories, I would put the warning before the story. But, since it's your art/stories, not mine, I want to know what you think. So be sure to weigh in, and help me decide!

Okay, Large Pairs of Scrubs, time to unvail the winner of the contest!

Both entries were awesome, and I really loved them, so it was hard on me to pick the winner. But, in the end, I had to make my descision. Nobody ever said it was fun being the chief of medicine...
Well, except maybe Dr. Kelso...

Well, unfortunately, the contest ends today, but we've gotten no entries. So, just in case there were those who wanted to enter, but just didn't have the time, I'm extending the contest. Here's hoping we can get some entries in. ^ ^

Now here's the contest details again. Read 'em carefully, and get out there and make your chief of medicine proud!

The contest will be to see who can make an ID for our club. We've gone without one for a long time, so now's your opportunity to change that!

--Contest rules--
1: Your entry MUST pertain to the show Scrubs and to this club. Maybe you can put in the club name, a Scrubs quote, whatever. Use your imagination, as the most imaginataive and original IDs have better chance of winning.
2: The ID cannot have anything to do with any characters except the main characters from Scrubs. No OCs, no self-inserts, no characters from other shows. Acceptable characters include, but aren't neccessarily restricted to JD, Janitor, Turk, Carla, Elliot, Dr. Cox, Dr. Kelso, Ted, Jordan, Etc.
3: All entries must be submitted before the ending date, but after the starting date. Go ahead and start now if you like, nothing wrong with a jump-start, but it can't be submitted to the club till the starting date, which I'll reveal ASAP.
4: No subject mattter over PG-13.
And 5: Obviously, the deviation MUST NOT violate any of DeviantART's rules.

Alright, gang, that's the contest. It will now end March 10th. I'll judge the entries on March 11th, and announce the winners on the twelfth.

First prize winner will have their deviation placed as the club's I.D., plus they will be given the title of Chief Resident.

Second place winners recieve a free art request, fully colored on the computer.

Third place winners recieve a free art request, but uncolored.

And for anyone wondering "what happened to the subscription prizes?" I have this answer: I'm broke.
